I call that "inner regeneration" and the main focus of my work. It's rarely appreciated in the regen community conversations.
Yes, it's important to build local food systems networks and other synergistic community-based ecosystem networks. But, in order to really do that, we have to enhance our own personal capacity to unify a local community rather than divide it. That's an "inside" job and comes from a direct connection to something both beyond and within us: connecting to both a Transcendent as well as an Immanent power (the ground of all being itself) working through us.
