“Trust is a confident relationship with the unknown” - Rachel Botsman
Life is progress, and stopping from progress is death. It is becoming more obvious than ever, that we have to make a conscious leap in the way we think, communicate, behave and do business. This jump can not come from a fear-based survival struggle nor another fight against… (You can fill in the blank: inequalities/climate change/virus…etc).
-Can we stop fighting?
We have been asking the wrong questions: “How to fix this problem or survive that next wave of …(You can fill in the blank: heat/pandemic/crisis/disaster…etc)?”
-Can we imagine a life beyond survival and struggle?
The majority of our questions are iterations of what is dying; by-products of our old selves who are fear-based, problem-focused and disillusioned as separated species who try to control nature.
-Can we start asking new questions that are life-affirming?
It is not only a capacity but it is a responsibility. The progressive leaders are the ones who dare to ask questions like: “How can we co-create a fertile soil for future generations to thrive in harmony with nature?”
We have to humble ourselves to restart our thinking in harmony with nature, as nature. And that starts with taking response-ability of being human with its true power.

The economies we have created are economies of war, and the places where the resources are extracted are mostly havens of war or future war zones. Their roots are in colonisation (ownership) and industrial capitalism, reinforced by the complex global market system of supply and demand.
There is an increasing awareness of whole systems understanding such as OECD countries’ commitment to transitioning to greener economies. But meanwhile, Congo is auctioning its rainforests to oil companies. This is not a one-country problem, but a global one as systemic codependency: let’s deep dive into why our food systems are so dependent on oil, written by Norman J. Church in 2005!
Watch Olivia’s TED Talk on “The blind spots of the green energy transition” and understand why we need to shed light on our energy transition blind spots and take them as our guiding companions to identify what is genuinely peaceful and truly safe systemic solution pathways look like for the age of climate-disrupted futures.
👉🏼 The challenge of leaders today is how we are able to innovate and move from an extractive resource economy to the immersion of a relationship economy designing life-affirming business models and systems, what we call “Economies of Peace”.
No design truly matters unless it is embraced, integrated and applied day to day, in our lives and businesses, and - due to the urgency of our planetary situation - unless it can be spread beyond silos of countries, cultures, generations and mindsets.
-Can we understand, touch and apply this approach to economies every day, starting with here and now?
-What are the resistances you face if you make an honest commitment in your business or in your personal life to eliminate fossil fuel, plastic or any dependency that we all know is damaging nature, and us as nature?
-Where are you on your consciousness journey?
-Are you ready to burn your old stories and excuses to own your true power?
It is up to each of us to realise ourselves, start a new life, and give birth to a new reality in peace. It is the self-realised leader who grows and expands peace like a magnet. The magnetism of that leader is power, it is wisdom, it is intelligence, it is all. It is this magnetism that heals; heals hearts, minds and bodies so that we can grow new humanity. This magnetism raises those fallen into difficulties, pain and sorrow; brings others out of their confusion, their darkness. It is by this magnetism that the illuminated souls spread out their love, thereby attracting all beings and realities of peaceful futures.
Our quest with Regenerate X is one to see, create and “be the beauty we love”. We intend to expand with courage and love for life, by realising the self, in an ever-evolving community beyond our privileged territories to where many are not seen, heard or taken care of.
The mission of Systems of Peace is to create a new leadership of peace, to bring together conscious leaders who are willing to serve future generations and make a considerate contribution focused on generating peace within ourselves and amongst us, based on ancient wisdom, holistic health, and the latest neuroscience findings, applying the ideas of regeneration and open, ethical, sustainable, decentralised, and inclusive technologies.
We are here to grow with you on this journey. Let’s make it a journey of beauty, harmony and PEACE.
Why I (Rudy) started Unconditional Men?
After working a couple of years on my personal growth and inner transformation and moving to Ibiza in 2019, when talking to men, I often felt a feeling of superficiality, disconnection, of something lost, of not being present, and sometimes a deep feeling of discomfort, a lack of bonding, of not truly being who you are, …
I guess it had to do with the fact that after spending a lifetime listening to the many success stories of everyone, in life, in business, talking about achievements, sports, or anything men talk about in general, no longer satisfied me in my interaction with them.

Project Regeneration
One of the most extensive in its overview of what regeneration includes as the new paradigm for positive change is Project Regeneration.
Regeneration puts life at the centre of every action and decision. It applies to all of life—grasslands, farms, insects, forests, fish, wetlands, coastlands, and oceans—and it applies equally to family, communities, cities, schools, religion, commerce, and governments. And most spectacularly to climate.
As to challenges and solutions for ending the climate crisis in one generation, creator Nexus details what needs to be done and how to do it on all levels of agency, from a classroom to a CEO. Entries include resources, initiatives, people, and organizations that teach, engage, influence and transform. AMAZING work 🙌🏼

Regeneration: Ending the Climate Crisis in One Generation (book) by Paul Hawken
Regeneration is a radical new approach to the climate crisis, one that weaves justice, climate, biodiversity, and human dignity into a seamless tapestry of action, policy, and transformation that can end the climate crisis in one generation. It is the first book to describe and define the burgeoning regeneration movement spreading rapidly throughout the world.

That Queasy Feeling - How to transcend both denial and distraction when the world seems to be coming apart by Douglas Rushkoff
“We need more people to join us in taking effective measures toward collective flourishing. And most of these activities, from mutual aid and community building to local agriculture and climate remediation are good, hard, but satisfying work. It happens outside corporate control, it engenders solidarity, it is less taxing on the environment than most forms of entertainment, and it absolutely necessary if we want to shepherd as many people and other lives as possible into the future.”
Elon Musk Is Convinced He's the Future. We Need to Look Beyond Him by Paris Marx (Tech Won’t Save Us podcast)
“The collective admiration for Elon Musk has only served to bolster an unaccountable and increasingly hostile billionaire. The holes in those future visions, and the dangers of applauding billionaire visionaries, have only become harder to ignore.”
The Metaverse Is Not a Place - It’s a communications medium. By Tim O’Reilly.
"What if, instead of thinking of the metaverse as a set of interconnected virtual places, we think of it as a communications medium? Then the metaverse is about a time when immersive digital worlds become the primary way that we communicate and share digital experiences."
